By subway, by bus or by foot

We are located by the seafront on Stadsgårdshamnen, between Birka Cruises and Viking Line boat terminals. You can easily reach us by walking along the water from Slussen or Gamla Stan.

If you go by public transport, there are serveral options. The nearest subway station is Slussen, where you come in on both green and red subway lines. Choose to exit at the bus terminal, take a right, walk past the busterminal to a pedestrain crossing. Cross the street, take a right and continue walking straight on (past the Birka Cruises terminal) till you reach Fotografiska.

Several busses stops by Slussen - line 2, 3, 43, 53, 55, 59, 71 and 76. From Slussen, walk in an easterly direction, along the water, past the Birka Cruises terminal.

If travelling with bus 2, 3, 53 and 76 to Tjärhovsplan, you can easily reach us through the stairs from the top of Katarinavägen down to Stadsgårdshamnen.

By car

There are a few parking spaces located between our main entrance and Birka Cruises. You find other parking facilities at Slussengaraget or the Viking Line boat terminal, both a short walking distance from Fotografiska.
Parkingspaces for disabled are located with directaccess to the main entrance.

By bike

There are bicycle paths all the way to Fotografiska from both east and west. We have several bicycle stands.

By boat
